Install new equipment and systems as directed. Performs all repairs, maintenance, and replacement of parts for preventative maintenance schedule and accurately records all pertinent data. Working closely with the Assistant Chief Engineer, the Engineer (general) will play an important role by becoming thoroughly familiar with all phases of operation and maintenance necessary to operate the fire alarm system and repair all kitchen equipment, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, boilers, water heaters, pumps, and plumbing.
